iTown@SG app for iPhone and iPad

iTown@SG is an initiative by the Town Councils to connect with the residents. It is a free mobile application that allows the residents to share any maintenance feedback immediately to the responsible town council via their mobile devices.

In the submission, the residents can also choose to snap a photo on the spot or upload a picture from the gallery for illustration purpose.

Co-designed and co-developed by the School of Engineering, Nanyang Polytechnic, Surbana and the participating Town Councils, the key features of iTown@SG are as followed:

- Snap a photo of the maintenance feedback and submit to iTown@SG. The application will automatically route the feedback to the responsible town council for follow up.

- View your submitted feedbacks status via iTown@SG. The town council officer will promptly update the status to keep the resident in the loop.

- View the latest news and galleries on their Town Council via iTown@SG.

To start using the application, simply download the app into your iOS device. Provide your contact detail and start using iTown@SG.
